Formed in 2001 for a concert in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, 'Trio Ecossaise' has performed extensively and recent engagements include a six concert tour of Argyll & Bute, a recital for Glasgow University Music Department and charity performances in aid of 'The Medical Foundation', 'Multiple Sclerosis Scotland' and 'The Musicians’ Benevolent Fund'.
All three musicians hail from Scotland, and were professionally trained at respected conservatories - the Royal Northern College of Music and Indiana University (Jennifer Brown - Clarinet), Oxford University and the Guildhall School of Music (Harriet Davidson - Cello), the Royal Scottish Academy and the Guildhall School of Music (Claire Haslin - Piano).
The programme will include Brahms - Trio in A Minor and Glinka - Trio Pathetique.
